CONIBO - condensate pump
The CONIBO condensate pump by IBO is a compact, fully automatic device for draining condensate where gravity drainage to the sewer is not possible. The built-in tank and level sensor make the pump start and stop automatically, without user intervention.
For whom
- Air conditioning installers - compact dimensions allow you to install the pump directly next to the internal unit of the air conditioner, even in tight spaces.
- Heating device service technicians - the built-in overflow sensor can be connected to the boiler relay, cutting off its operation in the event of a drain failure.
- Building and facility managers - quiet operation allows the pump to be installed in office and residential rooms without disturbing noise.
- Companies installing condensing furnaces - tolerance to acidic condensate (pH 2.5-10) corresponds to the specificity of condensate from this type of devices.
Application
The pump is designed to drain condensate from refrigeration units, air conditioners and condensing furnaces, wherever the condensate drain level is below the level of the sewage system or receiving installation. In continuous operation, it is designed for water with a temperature of up to 25°C, and periodically - with short cycles not exceeding 90 seconds and a minimum downtime of 510 seconds - it can pump water with a temperature of up to 50°C.
The maximum discharge height is 4.5 m and the installation can be routed up to 20 m horizontally, with each elbow or valve along the route counting as an additional meter of discharge height. The CONIBO 230 V condensate pump is supplied with a transparent 3/8 inch discharge hose, which makes it easy to quickly start the installation without additional hose purchases.
Features
The pump is equipped with an overflow sensor with a two-wire cable that can be connected to a relay controlling a boiler or air conditioner - if the tank is overfilled, the signal from the sensor cuts off Power supply device that is the source of condensate, protecting the room against flooding. A built-in non-return valve prevents condensate from flowing back into the tank when the pump stops.
Small dimensions and quiet operation allow the pump to be installed directly next to the air conditioning unit or boiler, both horizontally and vertically on the wall. The tolerable pH range from 2.5 to 10 covers the typically acidic reaction of condensate from condensing furnaces, which helps avoid premature corrosion of pump components.

Frequently asked questions
What is the CONIBO condensate pump used for?
CONIBO drains condensate from air conditioners, refrigeration units and condensing furnaces in places where gravity drainage to the sewage system is impossible - the pump starts itself when the tank is filled and turns off when it is empty.
How does CONIBO differ from the CONAQUA pump?
CONIBO has a larger tank (1.9 l vs. 1.7 l) and higher efficiency (330 l/h vs. 250 l/h), at the expense of a slightly lower delivery height (4.5 m vs. 5.1 m) - it is a better choice for higher condensate flow, while CONAQUA will work well where you need to overcome a greater height.
Will the CONIBO pump work with my air conditioning or condensing boiler?
Yes, as long as the discharge height does not exceed 4.5 m and the horizontal route does not exceed 20 m (including elbows and valves as additional height). The pH range of 2.5–10 covers the typical, acidic reaction of condensing water from condensing boilers, so the pump will not suffer premature corrosion.
How does the overflow sensor in the CONIBO pump work?
The two-wire sensor cable can be connected to a relay controlling a boiler or air conditioner - if the tank is overfilled, the signal from the sensor will turn off the device that is the source of condensate before flooding occurs. The pump also works properly without this connection.
Where can I buy a CONIBO condensate pump?
The pump is available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
What warranty applies to the CONIBO pump?
The IBO brand pump is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, and warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
