CONAQUA - condensate pump
The CONAQUA condensate pump has a fully automatic operation cycle - after filling the tank with condensate, it turns on automatically, and after pumping it out, it turns off until the next cycle. Application
The CONAQUA condensate pump drains condensate formed in refrigeration units, air conditioning units and condensing furnaces, where the drainage point is above the level of the device or gravity drainage of condensate is impossible. The automatic work cycle starts the pump when the tank is filled and turns it off when it is empty, without user intervention.
The pump is able to pump condensate to a height of up to 5 m and to a distance not exceeding 20 m horizontally, with each elbow and valve along the route counting as an additional meter of pumping height. When laying horizontal sections of the installation, a slope of at least 1% should be maintained. The CONAQUA 230V condensate pump is powered from a standard home or service installation socket.
Features
The materials used in the CONAQUA pump are resistant to acidic condensate generated in condensing boilers, where the condensate may have a pH of 3–5. The permissible temperature of pumped water is from 1°C to 25°C in continuous operation, and periodically the pump can pump water at a temperature of 50°C, but the operating time cannot exceed 90 seconds with an appropriately long downtime between cycles.
The compact housing and low noise level allow you to install the CONAQUA pump directly next to the device you are servicing, without the need for additional technical space. The pump comes with a power cord with a plug.
