CONAQUA - condensate pump
The CONAQUA condensate pump has a fully automatic operating cycle – it starts automatically when the condensate tank is full and switches off after the condensate has been pumped out, remaining off until the next cycle. Applications
The CONAQUA condensate pump drains condensate produced by refrigeration units, air-conditioning units and condensing furnaces where the drain point is above the appliance or gravity drainage is not possible. The automatic operating cycle starts the pump when the tank is full and switches it off when the tank is empty, without user intervention.
The pump can discharge condensate up to a height of 5 m and over a horizontal distance of no more than 20 m, with each elbow and valve along the route counting as an additional metre of pumping height. When laying horizontal sections of the installation, maintain a slope of at least 1%. The CONAQUA 230V condensate pump is powered from a standard household or service installation socket.
Features
The materials used in the CONAQUA pump are resistant to acidic condensate produced in condensing boilers, where the condensate may have a pH of 3–5. The permitted temperature of the pumped water is 1°C to 25°C during continuous operation. Periodically, the pump may pump water at a temperature of 50°C, but such operation must not exceed 90 seconds, with a sufficiently long downtime between cycles.
The compact housing and low noise level allow the CONAQUA pump to be installed directly next to the connected appliance, without the need to set aside additional technical space. The pump comes with a power cord fitted with a plug.
