Explosion-proof design with ATEX certificate
The Compatta PRO series with a free passage is used for pumping municipal and industrial sewage. Flexibility of use and small size make it particularly suitable for pumping domestic and residential sewage. The pumps of this series can be used in all potentially explosive atmospheres, according to the certificate available on request.
Characteristics
All main components are made of GG20 cast iron. The mechanical and lip seal guarantees the correct operation of the product.
Advantages of Compatta PRO free passage pumps
Compatta PRO series pumps are a more advanced version of home Compatta pumps. This version is distinguished primarily by its intended use in difficult conditions, including potentially explosive atmospheres. The manufacturer took care of ATEX certificates for the pumps and the necessary equipment, such as a special cable with a gland and an ATEX control panel (available on request). The PRO version has only one size of free passage under the rotor, i.e. 50 mm, which successfully cooperates with coupling feet EASY E3.1 i EASY E3.2 and pressure pipelines from DN50 upwards.
Open six-blade Vortex impellers cope perfectly even with fibrous wastewater contents, while typical shredders act as winders. Shredder blades, which quickly become blunt in sewage, act like wedges and block the pump. Sewage pumps with free passage under the impeller are free from such disadvantages. The thick walls of the rotor are sufficient for many years of operation in raw sewage of domestic origin.
When selecting a pump, we always check the parameters of the available pipeline because sometimes the diameter of the discharge pipe or the geometry of the terrain requires the use of higher power.
Controls
Compatta PRO has different versions that are a combination of single-phase and three-phase power supply and built-in control float switch (only 230V) and an external signal. For home use, we recommend simple controllers M121 (230V) or M131 (400V). For more demanding users and two-pump pumping stations, we offer professional power and control switchgears in relay-contactor design SPP i SPS.
Possible uses
By using an appropriate hose connection (elbow with a bare end), we obtain a light, portable pump for drainage and work with liquids with a high solids content (gravel, sand, garbage). Compatta PRO pumps are used for drainage in mines, transfer of process water at treatment plants and in difficult industrial conditions. Compatta PRO has stable legs protruding from the pump body, which provide adequate clearance under the body for water supply.
Like any sewage pump DRENO, Compatta PRO has a 10-meter power cord as standard.
