Characteristics
The main components are made of GG20 cast iron. In the standard configuration, the lip seal is installed on the motor side, while the mechanical seal is installed on the impeller side. The new “EVO” version with a double mechanical seal located in the oil chamber is also available on request.

Compatta sewage pumps are an ideal solution for those looking for a professional product for use in the home or a small business. The new EVO version with a double mechanical seal in the oil chamber is particularly recommended. The parameters of the Compatta pump provide an alternative to pumps with macerators, which often become clogged, exposing users to operating difficulties. The free passage beneath the impeller for contaminants measuring from 30 to 50 mm (depending on the model) ensures long-term operation without the need for intervention. Open, six-vane Vortex impellers handle even fibrous sewage contents very effectively, while macerators act like winding machines. Macerator blades quickly become blunt in sewage, acting like wedges and blocking the pump. Sewage pumps with free passage beneath the impeller do not have these drawbacks. The impeller’s thick walls are sufficient for many years of operation in raw domestic sewage.
When selecting a pump, check the parameters of the available pipeline, as the discharge pipe diameter or terrain geometry may sometimes require the use of a higher-power pump.
Control
Compatta is available in four versions, combining single- and three-phase power supplies with control by a built-in float or an external signal. To control Compatta pumps (except versions with a built-in float), we recommend the simple controllers M121 (230 V) or M131 (400 V). For more demanding users and dual-pump pumping stations, we offer professional power and control panels with relay-contactor or microprocessor control.
Possible applications
When fitted with a suitable hose connection (an elbow terminating in a plain end), it becomes a lightweight portable pump for drainage and handling liquids with a high content of solids (gravel, sand, and debris). Compatta sewage pumps can easily water a garden with rainwater, drain a flooded garage or basement, and pump water from a pond or ditch into another tank. Compatta has stable feet projecting from the pump body, allowing it to stand on level ground while providing adequate clearance beneath the body for water intake.
Like every DRENO sewage pump, it comes standard with a 10-meter power cable. Except for the Compatta 1-1.5 models, which have a vertical outlet, the other models work perfectly with EASY coupling feet.
