Characteristics
The main components are made of GG20 cast iron. In the standard configuration, the lip seal is installed on the motor side, while the mechanical seal is installed on the impeller side. On request, they are also available in the new “EVO” version with a double mechanical seal located in the oil chamber.

The new EVO version with a double mechanical seal in the oil chamber is particularly recommended. The parameters of the Compatta pump make it an alternative to pumps with a macerator, which often becomes clogged, exposing the user to operational difficulties. The free passage beneath the impeller for solids ranging from 30 to 50 mm in size, depending on the model, ensures long-term operation without the need for intervention. Open six-blade Vortex impellers handle even fibrous sewage contents perfectly, whereas macerators act like winding reels. Macerator blades that quickly become blunt in sewage act like wedges and block the pump. Sewage pumps with free passage beneath the impeller do not have these drawbacks. The impeller’s thick walls are sufficient for many years of operation in raw domestic sewage.
When selecting a pump, check the parameters of the available pipeline, as the diameter of the discharge pipe or the terrain geometry may sometimes require a higher-powered pump.
Control
Compatta is available in four versions combining single-phase and three-phase power supplies with control by an integrated float or an external signal. To control Compatta pumps, except for versions with an integrated float, we recommend the simple M121 (230 V) or M131 (400 V) controllers. For more demanding users and twin-pump pumping stations, we offer professional power and control panels with relay-contactor and microprocessor control.
Possible applications
With a suitable hose connection (an elbow ending in a plain end), you get a lightweight portable pump for drainage and for handling liquids with a high solids content, such as gravel, sand, and debris. Compatta sewage pumps can easily water a garden with rainwater, drain a flooded garage or basement, and pump water from a pond or ditch into another tank. Compatta has stable feet protruding from the pump body, allowing it to stand on level ground and providing adequate clearance beneath the body for water intake.
Like every DRENO sewage pump, it comes standard with a 10-meter power cable. Except for the Compatta 1-1.5, which has a vertical outlet, the other models work perfectly with EASY coupling feet.
