IPRO COLP pumps are submersible pumps designed for pumping coolant, oils, and cutting emulsions in machine tools and machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The extended-shaft design allows the pump to be immersed in the coolant tank without the risk of damaging the motor seal, to which conventional pumps operating in direct contact with oils and emulsions are exposed. The impeller and shaft are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance during long-term operation in a workshop environment.

Applications
IPRO COLP pumps are designed for pumping coolant, cutting emulsions, and oils in machine tools, as well as in all machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The pump is used in grinders, lathes, CNC milling machines, and automated production lines where continuous coolant recirculation is required.
The pumps are suitable for machining lines where continuous coolant circulation affects machining quality and cutting-tool life. The series handles media with a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s and contaminants up to 0.5 mm in diameter, making it suitable for both clean emulsions and higher-density oils. The COLP industrial pump operates in a three-phase system powered by 3~230 V or 3~400 V.
COLP features – description and technical data
The COLP pump motor has an IP55 protection rating and insulation class F, providing resistance to splashes, dust, and moisture typical of production halls and machining workstations. Continuous operation (S1) allows the pump to support the machining process continuously without the need for periodic shutdowns.
The series includes eight models grouped into four power classes – 60 W, 100 W, 150 W, and 250 W – differing in hydraulic capacity and immersion length in the coolant tank. All models are equipped with a three-phase motor suitable for operation with both 230V power supply (delta connection) and 400V power supply (star connection).
