Application
The IBO IP 2-180 T submersible pump is used to pump coolant, cutting emulsions and oils in machine tools and other machines that require coolant circulation. The device is designed to work with media with a maximum temperature of up to 90°C and a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s. The equipment is mounted in a vertical position, placing it directly in the opening of the drainage tank.
The design of the pump does not allow pumping flammable, corrosive, explosive or food liquids. The device copes with standard industrial contaminants with a maximum diameter of up to 0.5 mm, which enables efficient return of the medium from the processing zone back to the cooling system.

The key element of the IBO IP pump's construction is the extended stainless steel shaft, which protects standard engine seals against the negative effects of oils and aggressive coolants. The three-phase 400 V motor is designed for continuous operation. The drive unit is air-cooled via an integrated fan, which requires adequate installation space around its upper part.
The maximum permissible ambient temperature is 50°C. The hydraulic system, whose impeller is also made of stainless steel, is highly resistant to mechanical wear. Safe operation of the device requires the use of an overcurrent switch to protect the motor against possible overload.
