COLP 1-180 T (0.06 kW, 400 V) – submersible coolant pump
COLP brand pumps IPRO are submersible pumps designed for pumping coolant, oils and cutting emulsions in machine tools and machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The design with an extended shaft allows the pump to be immersed in the coolant tank without the risk of damaging the engine seal, which is the risk of classic pumps operating in direct contact with oils and emulsions. The impeller and shaft made of stainless steel ensure corrosion resistance for long-term operation in a workshop environment.
For whom
-
Mechanical workshops and machining plants – the COLP pump ensures forced circulation of coolant in CNC machines and conventional machining centers.
-
Metallurgical and production plants – a wide capacity range (from 33 to 133 l/min) facilitates the selection of the pump for coolant tanks of various capacities.
-
Services and maintenance departments – extended shaft structure facilitates the service process without the need to completely dismantle the installation.
-
Plants using cutting oils and emulsions – the rotor and shaft are made of stainless steel ensuring durability in constant contact with oils, emulsions and other lubricating and cooling media.
Application
COLP brand pumps IPRO are intended for pumping coolant, cutting emulsions and oils in machine tools, as well as in all machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The pump is used in grinders, CNC lathes and milling machines, and in automated production lines where continuous recirculation of coolant is required.
Pumps are useful in machining lines, where continuous circulation of coolant affects the quality of machining and the life of cutting tools. The series handles media with viscosity up to 150 mm²/s and impurities up to 0.5 mm in diameter, making it suitable for both pure emulsions and high-density oils. The COLP industrial pump operates in a three-phase system, powered by 3~230 V or 3~400 V.
COLP features – description and technical data
The COLP pump motor has an IP55 protection rating and F insulation class, ensuring resistance to splashes, dust and moisture typical of production halls and processing stations. Operation in continuous mode (S1) allows the pump to continuously support the machining process without having to be turned off cyclically.
The series includes eight models grouped into four power classes - 60 W, 100 W, 150 W and 250 W - differing in hydraulic performance and length of immersion in the coolant tank. All models are equipped with a three-phase motor designed to operate with both 230V (delta connection) and 400V (star connection).

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) - COLP coolant pump
Which machine tools and machines is the COLP pump suitable for?
Brand COLP pump IPRO is used in CNC machine tools, conventional machining centers and all machines requiring forced circulation of coolant, cutting emulsions or oils.
What medium viscosity can COLP pump?
The COLP pump is designed for media with a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s and impurities with a diameter not exceeding 0.5 mm, which allows it to work with both cooling emulsions and oils with increased density.
Why does the COLP pump have an extended shaft?
The extended shaft moves the motor seal away from the zone of direct contact with the pumped medium. In classic submersible pumps, oils and coolants can damage the motor seal - the COLP design eliminates this risk, extending the life of the pump.
How to choose the right COLP series model for your installation needs?
The choice of model depends primarily on the required pumping capacity and the depth of the coolant tank in the machine. When choosing, we recommend taking into account the parameters of maximum lifting and capacity required in a specific installation. If in doubt, we encourage you to contact with our technical department who will help you make the right decision.
Where can you buy a COLP coolant pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The COLP pump is available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
Is the brand COLP pump IPRO Is it covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
