COLP 1-150 T (0.06 kW, 400 V) – submersible coolant pump
IPRO COLP pumps are submersible pumps designed for pumping coolant, oils, and cutting emulsions in machine tools and machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The extended-shaft design allows the pump to be submerged in the coolant tank without the risk of damaging the motor seal, which affects conventional pumps operating in direct contact with oils and emulsions. The impeller and shaft, made of stainless steel, provide corrosion resistance during long-term operation in a workshop environment.
Who is it for?
-
Mechanical workshops and machining plants – the COLP pump ensures forced coolant circulation in CNC and conventional machine tools.
-
Metallurgical and manufacturing plants – the wide flow range (from 33 to 133 l/min) makes it easier to select a pump for coolant tanks of various capacities.
-
Service companies and maintenance departments – the extended-shaft design simplifies servicing without the need to completely dismantle the system.
-
Plants using oils and cutting emulsions – the stainless-steel impeller and shaft ensure durability during constant contact with oils, emulsions, and other lubricating and cooling media.
Applications
IPRO COLP pumps are designed for pumping coolant, cutting emulsions, and oils in machine tools, as well as in all machines requiring forced circulation of the cooling medium. The pump is used in CNC grinders, lathes, and milling machines, as well as automated production lines where uninterrupted coolant recirculation is required.
The pumps perform well in machining lines where continuous coolant circulation affects machining quality and the service life of cutting tools. The series handles media with a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s and contaminants up to 0.5 mm in diameter, making it suitable for both clean emulsions and higher-density oils. The COLP industrial pump operates in a three-phase system powered by 3~230 V or 3~400 V.
COLP features – description and technical data
The COLP pump motor has an IP55 protection rating and Class F insulation, providing resistance to splashes, dust, and moisture typical of production halls and machining stations. Continuous operation (S1) allows the pump to support the machining process without interruption and without the need for periodic shutdowns.
The series includes eight models grouped into four power classes – 60 W, 100 W, 150 W, and 250 W – differing in hydraulic performance and immersion length in the coolant tank. All models are equipped with a three-phase motor suitable for operation with both 230 V power supply (delta connection) and 400 V power supply (star connection).

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – COLP coolant pump
Which machine tools and machines is the COLP pump suitable for?
The IPRO COLP pump is suitable for CNC machine tools, conventional machining centers, and all machines requiring forced circulation of coolant, cutting emulsions, or oils.
What viscosity of medium can the COLP pump handle?
The COLP pump is designed for media with a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s and contaminants no larger than 0.5 mm in diameter, allowing it to operate with both cooling emulsions and higher-density oils.
Why does the COLP pump have an extended shaft?
The extended shaft moves the motor seal away from the zone of direct contact with the pumped medium. In conventional submersible pumps, oils and coolants can damage the motor seal – the COLP design eliminates this risk, extending the pump’s service life.
How do I select the right COLP series model for my system’s needs?
The choice of model depends primarily on the required pumping capacity and the depth of the coolant tank in the machine. When selecting a model, we recommend considering the maximum head and flow rate required for the specific system. If in doubt, please contact our technical department, which will help you make the right decision.
Where can I buy the COLP coolant pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The COLP pump is available from our trade partners, plumbing and installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
Does the IPRO COLP pump come with a manufacturer’s warranty?
IPRO – 36-month (3-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
