The vessel body is made of steel with an external protective coating that improves corrosion resistance. A replaceable diaphragm made of synthetic EPDM rubber, which resists stretching and elevated temperatures, is fitted inside the steel shell. The diaphragm separates the heating medium from the compressed gas cushion, limiting the water’s contact with the inside of the vessel body.
The vessel is supplied with a factory pre-charge pressure of 1.5 bar ±10%, which can be adjusted to suit the specific system. It is compatible with closed heating systems with a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar and a medium temperature of up to 99°C.
