The vessel body is made of steel coated with a protective exterior paint that increases corrosion resistance. A replaceable diaphragm made of EPDM synthetic rubber, resistant to stretching and elevated temperatures, is fitted inside the steel shell. The diaphragm separates the heating fluid from the compressed gas cushion, limiting contact between the water and the inside of the body.
The vessel is supplied with a factory pre-charge pressure of 1.5 bar ±10%, which can be adjusted to suit the specific installation. It is compatible with closed heating systems with a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar and a fluid temperature of up to 99°C.
