Applications
The BY-PASS KOMBI 25-2 MINI valve is installed at an early stage of the water installation, at the intended connection point for a softener, pre-filter, or filtration station. The by-pass function allows the softener to be isolated from the installation without interrupting the water supply to the home, making servicing and cartridge replacement easier.
The built-in sampling valve allows water samples to be taken before and after the softener, for example to check its hardness, while the air-vent valve allows air bubbles to be removed from the system. The mixer enables raw water to be blended with softened water to achieve the optimal hardness at the system outlet.
Features of the BY-PASS KOMBI 25-2 MINI valve
The valve is made entirely of CW617N brass—corrosion-resistant material used in water and heating systems. The internal and external G1" threads are compatible with standard water softeners available on the market.
The compact Multiblock design allows installation in either a horizontal or vertical position, depending on the installation layout. The valve does not require regular maintenance – its operation is limited to periodic visual inspection and periodically turning the knobs, in accordance with the operating instructions.
