Ball check valves are safety devices that protect pressurized pipelines against unwanted backflow. They are most commonly used on discharge risers in pumping stations for domestic sewage and stormwater pumping stations.

- Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar.
- Minimum back pressure guaranteeing tightness: 0.3 to 0.5 bar.

- for the seat with ball: 1.1 × nominal pressure,

The face-to-face length of the valves and the connection sizes of the flanges and threads meet the requirements of the standards listed above.

The correct direction of liquid flow through the valve is indicated by an arrow on the body.

The durable and simple design ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation.

The valve closure (shutter) consists of a smooth ball coated with a layer of sewage-resistant EPDM. As the ball freely rotates in its seat, into which it is pushed by the liquid flow, the ball is cleaned of solid particles carried by the medium.

The valves feature a bolted inspection cover for inspection and convenient cleaning if non-standard sewage solids enter the system.
