The correct direction of liquid flow through the valve is indicated by an arrow on the body.

The valve closure (shut-off element) is a smooth ball covered with a layer of EPDM resistant to wastewater. As the ball rotates freely in the seat, where it is carried by the liquid flow, the ball is cleaned of solid particles carried by the medium.

The valves have a bolted inspection cover for inspection and convenient cleaning if non-standard wastewater solids enter.
