Applications
The AUTOIBO inverter pump by IBO is designed for drawing and pumping technically clean, cold raw water from a private well before treatment, as well as for increasing pressure in an installation supplied from the water mains. Its suction capability reaches up to 8 m, while its maximum head is 45 m, which is fully sufficient for the needs of a single-family home or a small utility building with several water-drawing points.
The pump starts automatically when the pressure in the installation drops after a tap is opened and switches off when water demand stops. It is suitable for increasing water pressure during periods when everyone in the area is watering their gardens, as well as for cyclically filling a tank with water from a source. The AUTOIBO 230 V inverter pump works with domestic and garden installations. The pump is not a water-treatment device – if water from a private well is to be used for drinking, it must be properly treated and its quality monitored.
AUTOIBO features – description and technical data
The heart of the device is a self-priming centrifugal pump driven by a permanent-magnet motor integrated with a frequency converter. This system continuously regulates the rotational speed, maintaining the set pressure at all taps in the installation. Compared with traditional water-supply methods, the pump offers high efficiency and can save 30% to 60% of energy.
The soft-start function eliminates water hammer that could damage the installation, while the pump operates quietly enough to be installed inside a building. Operation involves setting the working pressure with two buttons, without the need for a specialist visit.
AUTOIBO is equipped with an extensive protection system controlled by the controller: protection against dry running (the controller detects a lack of water and stops the pump, without installing additional probes or sensors in the well), motor overload, excessively low and high pressure and voltage, as well as protection against rotor blockage. The clear control panel indicates the operating mode and any error codes.

How can I check the water pressure in a domestic installation?
You can read the pressure from a pressure gauge installed in the system, and in the case of AUTOIBO, also from the control panel, which displays the working and set pressure. This makes it easier to select settings when modernising a home water system.
