Applications
The AUTOIBO 2 inverter pump by IBO is designed for drawing and pumping technically clean, cold raw water from a private well before treatment, as well as for increasing pressure in a system supplied by the water mains. Its suction capability reaches up to 8 m, while its maximum head is 60 m, which fully meets the needs of a single-family home or a small utility building with several water draw-off points.
The pump starts automatically when the pressure in the system drops after a tap is opened and switches off when water draw-off stops. It is useful for increasing water pressure during periods when everyone in the area is watering their gardens, as well as for periodically filling a tank with water from a source. The pump is not a water treatment device – if water from a private well is to be used for drinking, it must be properly treated and its quality monitored.

At the heart of the device is a self-priming centrifugal pump driven by a permanent-magnet motor integrated with a frequency converter.
