Explosion-proof pumps
The 4-pole A series is used for pumping clear liquids and sewage. The wide range and high hydraulic efficiency make this series particularly useful in water treatment plants, sewage systems, agriculture and industrial plants, including airports, underground public transport, hospitals and hotels.
The pumps can be used in all potentially explosive atmospheres, in accordance with the CE0477 EPT 17 ATEX 2701
Characteristics
All main components are made of GG25 cast iron. Two separate mechanical seals (motor side in the oil chamber, impeller side in contact with the liquid) and high-quality parts ensure excellent performance and reliability of the product.
Submersible pumps A4
Submersible pumps A4 series have a single-channel open impeller, i.e. an impeller with excellent properties for pumping raw sewage with the function of cutting fibrous elements. On the one hand, we have only one channel, which limits the flow distribution in the pump's hydraulic system, which prevents the fibrous fractions from winding up on the rotor, and on the other hand, long elements are cut by a cutting pair: rotor-disc of the pump body. At the same time, the efficiency of the impeller is much higher than in the case of pumps with a free passage and a Vortex impeller.
Installation of the A4 submersible pump
Due to the fact that A4 series pumps are intended for professional use, in most cases they are installed on coupling feet DRENO type: A, B or DUTY in municipal and industrial pumping stations. To control them, we offer our customers advanced control systems with appropriate motor protection and protection against pump damage, such as two independent humidity probes in the engine compartment and the oil chamber, e.g. CR3.1.
