Explosion-proof pumps
The 4-pole A series is designed for pumping clear liquids and wastewater. Its wide range and high hydraulic efficiency make this series particularly suitable for water treatment plants, sewerage systems, agriculture, and industrial facilities, including airports, underground public transport systems, hospitals, and hotels.
The pumps can be used in all hazardous areas in accordance with certificate CE0477 EPT 17 ATEX 2701 X, Ex II 2G [Ex db IIB T4 Gb, Ex h IIB T4 Gb, 0°≤Ta≤40°, available on request.
Features
All major components are made of GG25 cast iron. Two separate mechanical seals (the motor side in the oil chamber and the impeller side in contact with the liquid), together with high-quality components, ensure excellent performance and product reliability.
A4 submersible pumps
The A4 series submersible pumps feature a single-channel open impeller, i.e. an impeller with excellent wastewater pumping properties and a function for cutting fibrous materials. On the one hand, there is only one channel, which limits the division of the flow in the pump’s hydraulic system, preventing fibrous fractions from winding around the impeller; on the other hand, long elements are cut by the cutting pair: the impeller and the pump housing plate. At the same time, the impeller efficiency is significantly higher than that of pumps with a free passage and a Vortex-type impeller.
Installation of the A4 submersible pump
Since the A4 series pumps are intended for professional applications, in most cases they are installed on DRENO coupling feet of type: A, B or DUTY in municipal and industrial pumping stations. For their control, we offer customers advanced control systems with appropriate motor protection and safeguards against pump damage, such as two independent humidity probes in the motor chamber and oil chamber, e.g. CR3.1.
