Application
The 2-pole A series is used for pumping clear liquids and raw sewage. A single-channel open impeller with high parameters makes this type perfect for sewage treatment plants, industrial sewage systems, agriculture and drainage.
Characteristics
All main components are made of GG25 cast iron. Two separate mechanical seals (motor side in the oil chamber, impeller side in contact with the liquid) and high-quality parts ensure excellent performance and reliability of the product.
Advantages of A2 pumps
A2 series pumps have a single-channel impeller, i.e. an impeller with excellent properties for pumping pre-treated sewage. The pump has only one channel, which limits the distribution of the flow in the hydraulic system, which prevents the fibrous fractions from winding up on the impeller. At the same time, the efficiency of the impeller is much higher than in the case of pumps with a free passage and a Vortex impeller.
A2 pump installation
Due to the fact that A2 series pumps are intended for professional use, in most cases they are installed on coupling feet DRENO type: A, B or DUTY in municipal and industrial pumping stations. To control them, we offer our customers advanced control systems with appropriate motor protection and protection against pump damage, such as two independent humidity probes in the engine compartment and the oil chamber, e.g. CR3.1.
