A4-A6 4- and 6-pole sewage pumps are used for pumping and pumping clear liquids and sewage. The wide range and excellent hydraulic performance make these series particularly suitable for: sewage treatment plants, sewage systems, animal husbandry and industrial pipelines such as airports, subways, hospitals and hotels.
Characteristics
All main components are made of GG25 cast iron. Two separate mechanical seals (motor side in the oil chamber, impeller side in contact with the liquid) and high-quality parts ensure excellent performance and reliability of the product.
Advantages of the A4-A6 sewage pump
Four and six pole pumps DRENO for raw sewage are professional products for use in network and industrial sewage systems, as well as in special pumping stations. Thanks to the large space in the impeller channel, they can easily pump raw sewage containing solid and fibrous fractions, also small stones, gravel or garbage are not a problem. The single-blade closed rotor is resistant to clogging with tissues, strings or kitchen waste. The advantage of sewage pumps with a single-channel rotor is that the solid fractions entering through the inlet do not split the flow in the rotor, but the entire contents are thrown out and travel along the wall of the pump body into the throat.
Controls
Raw sewage pumps A4 and A6 are high-power models from 10 to 60 kW, three-phase only, therefore the pumps are controlled by an external signal. To control the operation of A4 and A6 pumps, we recommend and offer professional power and control switchboards in relay-contactor or microprocessor versions. Also with failure notification via SMS or online viewing.
Installation
The most common way to install pumps in sewage systems is to install them on a coupling elbow type A or type B in pumping stations for raw sewage or rainwater. Mobile installations on a stand are less frequently used P type. To lower the pump along the guides to the pumping station tank, slings are used in the form of a stainless chain or stainless steel cable of appropriate strength, which are attached to the holes in the handle at the top of the pump, allowing for the correct balance of the pump during lowering. When installing the coupling foot, remember to keep the bottom of the tank flat under the pump, otherwise it may cause cavitation and faster wear.
Features
• Single-channel closed impeller with high efficiency,
• Humidity sensor in the oil chamber, which protects the engine against flooding with water in the event of damage to the mechanical seal behind the rotor,
• Side flange outlet allows installation on a coupling foot and easy installation of an elbow connection to a flexible hose using a clamp or quick connector,
• T1-T2 thermal protection built into the motor winding, for connection to the appropriate control panel,
• 10m H07RNF power cable with free terminals,
• Warranty and post-warranty service,
• 24-month warranty.
On request, it is possible to produce special versions with a liquid temperature of up to 60°C with the pump fully submerged (not in continuous operation).
