AQUILO features
AQUILO is a pump with a built-in inverter that smoothly adjusts the speed of the permanent-magnet motor and maintains the set pressure regardless of the number of open draw-off points. Smooth speed control prevents sudden pressure changes and water hammer, while operation at reduced speed results in quiet operation (50 dB) and lower energy consumption compared with conventional pressure-boosting systems.
The pump starts automatically when water is drawn and stops automatically when water use ends; the operating pressure is set with two buttons, while the control panel displays the current parameters and operating codes. The controller provides a range of protections: against dry running (without the need to install probes or sensors in the well), overload, excessively high or low pressure and voltage, as well as freezing and excessive temperature.
The compact design makes the unit easy to install in various locations and transport. The IP55 protection rating and quiet operation also allow installation in living areas. When the pump remains connected but unused, the controller briefly starts it automatically to prevent the hydraulic components from seizing.
