Submersible pumps IBO AQ is a series of devices designed for pumping
clean and slightly polluted water. They are used on farms
household, agriculture, industry and wherever strong power is needed
submersible pump for pre-treated sewage and contaminated water.
Who are IBO AQ pumps for?
-
For home users – for emptying septic tanks and pumping water from flooded rooms.
-
For installers – for installation in wells, tanks and drainage systems.
-
For farms – for applications requiring powerful submersible pumps for contaminated liquids.
-
For industry – for work in technical systems with contaminated water and pre-treated sewage.
-
For installation contractors – thanks to a wide selection of AQ models with DN50, DN65 and DN80 connections.
Application of AQ submersible pumps
- Emptying septic tanks and tanks.
- Pumping water out of flooded rooms.
- Work in agriculture and industry with clean and slightly polluted water.
- Use in rainwater systems after pre-filtration.
- Work in vertical installation in tanks and cisterns.
submersible pump The IBO AQ was designed to operate submerged and cannot
run dry. In rainwater systems, the manufacturer requires preliminary filtration
and suspend the pump at least 30 cm from the bottom of the tank.
Features, description and basic technical data of the AQ series
Series IBO AQ includes models:
AQ 50-750, AQ 50-1100, AQ 50-1500, AQ 50-2200, AQ 65-1500, AQ 65-2200 and AQ 80-2200.
All pumps in this line are equipped with screw rotor with cutting disc.
Depending on the model, the pumps reach a maximum lifting height of
13.5 m to 23 m and performance from
300 l/min to 866.7 l/min. Engine power range in the AQ series
ranges from 750 W to 2200 W.
Power supply depends on version: single-phase models work at
230V/50Hz, and selected three-phase models at
400V/50Hz. AQ card also indicates
insulation class F, IPX8 protection rating,
Water pH 6.5–8.5 and rotational speed 2850 RPM.
The maximum medium temperature is 35°C, and the maximum depth
pump immersion is 5 m. Minimum immersion level during operation
should not be less than the height of the pump. With less draft
direct user supervision is necessary.
AQ pumps are designed for pumping clean and contaminated water,
but the contaminants must not be abrasive, such as sand or gravel.
The manufacturer clearly indicates that the pump is not intended for pumping
corrosive liquids, salt water, flammable substances, oils and liquids
containing petroleum-derived substances.
The electrical installation should be equipped with a residual current device
with a pick-up current up to 30 mA, and the pump must not be used
when the voltage drops below 210 V. For lifting and lowering
the pump should be secured with a fastening rope - do not use the power cable
nor the float cable.
After each use, the pump should be removed from the tank and rinsed with clean water.
In winter or when the pump is parked for a longer period of time, the water must be completely removed from the pump
and store it in a frost-free place.
IBO AQ pumps are covered by a 24-month warranty.
The warranty is valid upon presentation of the original purchase document and upon use
in accordance with the instructions. The manufacturer and guarantor is
