AOP 80 - oil pump
The AOP 80 oil pump by IBO is the most efficient self-priming positive displacement, vane pump in the series, powered by a single-phase 230 V network. It is used to pump diesel, heating oil and bio-diesel, and its power of 750 W and efficiency of up to 80 l/min predestine it for intensive, regular operation. Thermal protection in the motor winding and a by-pass overflow valve protect the pump during operation.
For whom
- Industrial plants – high efficiency allows for quick dispensing of large amounts of oil in continuous operation.
- Fuel depots and warehouses – the pump is suitable for pumping fuel between large tanks and tanks.
- Large farms - the device shortens the refueling time of machines thanks to the flow of up to 80 l/min.
- Transport companies – a stationary station with AOP 80 serves a fleet of vehicles with high fuel demand.
Application
The AOP 80 pump is used to pump diesel oil, heating oil, bio-diesel and other liquids with lubricating properties that do not corrode steel. It is used for filling and emptying large tanks, cisterns and tanks, and the highest efficiency in the series works well where quick fuel dispensing is important.
The device sucks liquid from a depth of up to 5 m, so it works with tanks placed at different levels. The suction end is equipped with a non-return valve with a basket, and the system is filled with oil before the first start-up. The AOP 80 230V oil pump is an efficient tool for intensive work with fuels in industry and transport.
Features of the AOP 80 pump
AOP 80 is a self-priming displacement vane pump designed for pumping fuels and liquids with lubricating properties. The 750 W motor is powered by 230 V single-phase current, and the thermal protection built into the winding protects it against overheating. A by-pass overflow valve protects the pump when pumping resistance is too high.
The pump is not intended for liquids that corrode steel, such as water, or for flammable and explosive liquids, such as gasoline. The oil should be free from solid abrasive contaminants. Before starting, it is necessary to fill the suction pipe and the hydraulic part of the pump with oil.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – AOP 80 oil pump
What is the AOP 80 pump used for?
The IBO AOP 80 pump is used to pump diesel, heating and biodiesel oil and other liquids with lubricating properties. The highest efficiency in the series, up to 80 l/min, is suitable for intensive fuel dispensing.
How does AOP 80 differ from AOP 60?
AOP 80 has higher efficiency and a more powerful 750 W motor than AOP 60, with a similar lifting height and the same 1" connections. It is designed for the most intense, continuous work in the series.
What liquids cannot be pumped with the AOP 80 pump?
The oil pump must not be used for liquids that corrode steel, especially water, as this will cause it to become blocked. It is also prohibited to pump flammable and explosive liquids, such as gasoline.
How to start the pump properly after connecting?
Before starting for the first time, thoroughly fill the suction pipe and the hydraulic part of the pump with oil through the fill plug. Starting the pump without filling it with oil leads to dry operation and damage to the pumping elements.
Where can you buy the AOP 80 pump?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The IBO AOP 80 oil pump can be purchased from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
