The IBO AOP 60 E oil kit is a complete distribution station with a 230 V self-priming positive displacement pump, equipped with a precise electronic counter. In addition to the pump, it contains a frame, an oil filter, a gun with automatic shut-off and a digital flow meter, thanks to which it allows you to accurately dispense and measure diesel, heating and bio-diesel oil.

Application
The AOP 60 E set is used for the distribution and precise measurement of diesel, heating oil and bio-diesel. The pump forces liquid from the barrel or tank, the filter retains solid particles, and the automatic shut-off gun stops dispensing when the tank is filled. The electronic counter with a digital display shows the amount of fuel dispensed with high accuracy.
The handy frame housing allows the set to be moved between tanks as well as stationary installation on the wall. The pump sucks liquid from a depth of up to 5 m, and the suction hose ends with a non-return valve with a basket. The basis of the set is a self-priming displacement vane pump, powered by single-phase 230 V current, with thermal protection in the winding and a by-pass overflow valve. The set of accessories makes it a ready-made distribution station that does not require the selection of additional elements.
The electronic flow counter with an accuracy of ±0.5% is equipped with a seven-digit display, a resettable and non-resettable total counter. The hoses are made of oil-resistant rubber - the discharge hose is 4 m long, the suction hose is 2 m long and ends with a non-return valve with a suction basket. The kit is not intended for liquids that corrode steel or for flammable liquids such as gasoline.
