AOP 60 - oil pump
The IBO AOP 60 oil pump is a self-priming, positive displacement, vane device, powered by a single-phase 230 V network. It is used to pump diesel, heating and biodiesel oil, and the higher lifting height and 1" connections allow for efficient operation of larger installations. Thermal protection in the motor winding and a by-pass overflow valve protect the pump during operation.
For whom
- Agricultural farms – the pump allows you to conveniently transfer diesel oil from large tanks to agricultural machines.
- Transport companies - the device is useful for refueling vehicles and pumping fuel between tanks.
- Industrial plants – stationary installation next to the tank enables regular, efficient oil dispensing.
- Fuel depots and warehouses – higher lifting height makes it easier to pump fuel to higher levels.
Application
The AOP 60 pump is used to pump diesel oil, heating oil, bio-diesel and other liquids with lubricating properties that do not corrode steel. It is used for filling and emptying tanks, barrels and cisterns, and 1" connections and higher lifting facilitate work on larger fuel installations.
The device sucks liquid from a depth of up to 5 m, so it works with tanks placed at different levels. The suction end is equipped with a non-return valve with a basket, and the system is filled with oil before the first start-up. The AOP 60 230V oil pump is an efficient tool for working with fuels in agriculture, transport and industry.
Features of the AOP 60 pump
AOP 60 is a self-priming displacement vane pump designed for pumping fuels and liquids with lubricating properties. The motor is powered by single-phase 230 V current, and the thermal protection built into the winding protects it against overheating. A by-pass overflow valve protects the pump when pumping resistance is too high.
The pump is not intended for liquids that corrode steel, such as water, or for flammable and explosive liquids, such as gasoline. The oil should be free from solid abrasive contaminants. Before starting, it is necessary to fill the suction pipe and the hydraulic part of the pump with oil.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – AOP 60 oil pump
What is the AOP 60 pump used for?
The IBO AOP 60 pump is used to pump diesel, heating and biodiesel oil and other liquids with lubricating properties. Thanks to 1" connections and higher lifting, it is suitable for larger fuel installations.
How does AOP 60 differ from AOP 55?
The AOP 60 offers higher capacity and lifting height than the AOP 55 and larger 1" connections, making it suitable for more demanding, larger installations. Both pumps are powered by 230 V and are used for the same fuels.
What liquids cannot be pumped with the AOP 60 pump?
The oil pump must not be used for liquids that corrode steel, especially water, as this will cause it to become blocked. It is also prohibited to pump flammable and explosive liquids, such as gasoline.
How to start the pump properly after connecting?
Before starting for the first time, thoroughly fill the suction pipe and the hydraulic part of the pump with oil through the fill plug. Starting the pump without filling it with oil leads to dry operation and damage to the pumping elements.
Where can you buy the AOP 60 pump?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The IBO AOP 60 oil pump can be purchased from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
