The IBO AOP 60 oil kit is a complete, ready-to-operate distribution station built around a self-priming positive displacement pump powered by 230 V. In addition to the pump, the kit includes a frame, an oil filter, a gun with automatic shut-off and a mechanical flow meter, thanks to which it allows you to immediately dispense and measure diesel, heating and bio-diesel oil.

Application
The AOP 60 set is used for distributing and measuring diesel, heating and biodiesel oil. The pump forces liquid from the barrel or tank, the filter retains solid particles, and the automatic shut-off gun stops dispensing when the tank is filled. A mechanical flow counter allows you to constantly monitor the amount of fuel dispensed.
The handy frame housing allows the set to be moved between tanks as well as stationary installation on the wall. The pump sucks liquid from a depth of up to 5 m, and the suction hose ends with a non-return valve with a basket. The AOP 60 230V oil kit is a ready-made solution for dispensing fuel in agriculture, transport and industry.
Features of the AOP 60 set
The basis of the set is a self-priming displacement vane pump, powered by single-phase 230 V current, with thermal protection in the winding and a by-pass overflow valve. The set of accessories makes it a ready-made distribution station that does not require the selection of additional elements.
A mechanical flow counter with an accuracy of ±1% is equipped with a three-digit, resettable dial and a non-resettable total counter. The hoses are made of oil-resistant rubber - the discharge hose is 4 m long, the suction hose is 2 m long and ends with a non-return valve with a suction basket. The kit is not intended for liquids that corrode steel or for flammable liquids such as gasoline.
