Description
AMG 15-60/130 circulation pump (230 V) - energy-efficient IBO central heating circulator with 10 operating modes
AMG is an energy-efficient circulation pump from IBO that forces the circulation of heating medium in central heating systems. The permanent-magnet motor, differential pressure regulator and ten operating modes allow the pump operation to be precisely adapted to any system, with very low energy consumption (efficiency class EEI ≤ 0.20).
Who it is for
- Installers and heating companies - 10 operating modes (AUTO, proportional and constant pressure, and constant speed), selected with a single button, allow the pump to be adapted to any system, while union fittings with seals are included.
- Users of domestic central heating systems - AUTO/ECO mode automatically adjusts the output to demand, maintaining thermal comfort with power consumption starting at just a few watts.
- Systems with underfloor and radiator heating - proportional- and constant-pressure curves adapt the flow to varying heat demand in individual circuits.
- Technical service - LED mode indication on the panel and no need for external motor protection make operation and inspections easier.
Application
- Circulation of heating medium in domestic central heating systems.
- Constant-temperature heating systems with variable flow and systems with variable pipe temperature.
- Underfloor and radiator heating.
- Air-conditioning systems and industrial circulation systems.
The AMG 230 V circulation pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position, between isolation valves, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
AMG pump features - description and technical data
AMG is powered by an energy-efficient permanent-magnet motor and equipped with a differential pressure regulator. The operating mode is selected with a single button on the panel, and the selection is indicated by LEDs. Ten modes are available: automatic AUTO, three proportional-pressure curves (PP I–III), three constant-pressure curves (CP I–III), and three constant-speed settings (CS I–III), with CS III set at the factory. As a result, the pump operates quietly and efficiently - its power consumption reaches 5 W depending on the system.
The control panel is located on the side of the motor, making operation and venting easier (activated by a button), while the motor design means that a separate motor protection device does not need to be installed in the system. The pump is compatible with clean heating medium - a non-corrosive liquid without solid particles, fibres or mineral oil (heating water or glycol solution) with a pH of 6.5–8.5. Union fittings with rubber seals are included.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) - AMG circulation pump
What is the AMG circulation pump used for?
The IBO AMG forces the circulation of heating medium in central heating systems, maintaining a constant flow through radiators or underfloor heating loops. It is suitable for domestic, air-conditioning and industrial circulation systems.
How many operating modes does the AMG pump have, and what are they?
AMG offers 10 operating modes selected with a button on the panel: automatic AUTO, three proportional-pressure curves (PP I–III), three constant-pressure curves (CP I–III), and three constant-speed settings (CS I–III). The factory setting is CS III.
How does AUTO mode work in the AMG pump?
In AUTO mode, the pump automatically adjusts its output to the system's current demand according to the proportional-pressure curve. In most systems, this makes it possible to start the pump without any manual adjustment.
Does the AMG pump support PWM signal control?
This version of the AMG pump does not have a PWM input - control is performed internally with the button on the panel, using one of the 10 available modes. A separate AMG version with PWM support is intended for control via an external PWM signal.
How should the AMG pump be installed?
The pump must be installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing, using the included union fittings with seals. It is recommended to install isolation valves on both sides of the pump to facilitate maintenance.
Where can I buy the AMG circulation pump?
The manufacturer does not sell directly. The AMG pump is available from commercial partners, plumbing wholesalers and authorised online distributors.
What warranty does the AMG pump have?
The IBO AMG circulation pump is covered by a 24-month (2-year) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
