Specifications
The main components are made of GG20 cast iron. In the standard configuration, the lip seal is installed on the motor side, while the mechanical seal is installed on the impeller side. The “EVO” version pump features a double mechanical seal located in the oil chamber.

The parameters of the Alpha V pump offer an alternative to pumps with a macerator, which often becomes clogged, causing operational difficulties for the user. The free passage under the impeller allows contaminants up to 40 mm in size to pass through, ensuring long-lasting operation without the need for intervention. The open, six-blade Vortex impellers handle even fibrous sewage content perfectly, whereas macerators act like winders. The blades of macerators quickly become dull in sewage, act like wedges, and block the pump. Sewage pumps with free passage under the impeller are free from these drawbacks. The impeller’s thick walls are sufficient for many years of operation in raw domestic sewage. When selecting a pump, check the parameters of the available pipeline, as the discharge pipe diameter or the terrain geometry may sometimes require greater power.
Controls
The Alpha V is available in four versions combining single- and three-phase power supply with control by a built-in float or an external signal. To control septic tank pumps (except versions with a built-in float), we recommend simple controllers M121 (230 V) or M131 (400 V). For more demanding users and dual-pump pumping stations, we offer professional power and control panels with relay-contactor and microprocessor-based designs.
Possible applications
With the appropriate hose connection, you get a lightweight, portable pump for drainage and handling liquids with a high content of solids (gravel, sand, debris). The Alpha V septic tank pump can easily water the garden with rainwater, drain a flooded garage or basement, and pump water from a pond or ditch into another tank. The Alpha V has stable feet extending from the pump body, allowing it to stand on a level surface while providing sufficient clearance beneath the body for water intake.
Like every DRENO sewage pump, it comes standard with a 10-meter power cable. All Alpha V pumps have a vertical outlet, meaning they are not compatible with coupling feet, e.g., type EASY.
