The IBO AJ 50/60 INOX pressure booster set 24 is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of raw water in households. It combines a single-stage, self-priming AJ 50/60 INOX surface pump with a power rating of 1.1 kW, a 24 l diaphragm tank, and pressure control automation. The impeller made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides increased resistance to corrosion and mineral deposits. When a water outlet is opened, the pump starts automatically and switches off when it is closed.

Application
The IBO AJ 50/60 INOX pressure booster set with a 24 l tank is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of clean, technically cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 7 m. It is suitable for pumping water from wells, tanks, and private water sources, as well as for increasing pressure in a system supplying an installation. The set does not treat water – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 24 l diaphragm tank stabilizes pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. Factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of completing and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
AJ 50/60 INOX pressure booster set 24 – features and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The impeller, pump body, shaft, and intermediate wall are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the diffuser is made of PPO polymer, the bracket is made of cast iron, and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.
The pressure gauge is mounted on the five-way discharge outlet, which creates a single connection point for the tank, installation, and automation – making it easier to distribute the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the standard pump + tank configuration, the AJ 50/60 INOX pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
