The IBO AJ 50/60 with a 50 l pressure tank is a water pressure booster set for the automatic intake and pumping of raw water in households. In the compact version, the pressure gauge is screwed directly into the pump, creating a compact system with fewer connections. Application
The IBO AJ 50/60 with a 50 l pressure tank in the compact version is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 7 m. It is suitable for pumping water from wells, tanks, and private intakes, as well as for increasing pressure in a system supplying an installation. The set does not treat water – when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 50 l diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. Factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
Features of the AJ 50/60 compact 50 l pressure booster set – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The pump body, shaft, and intermediate wall are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer; the bracket is made of cast iron; and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.
In the compact version, the pressure gauge is screwed directly into the pump, without a five-way discharge outlet. This creates a more compact system with fewer connections while retaining full automatic control. The anti-vibration hose reduces the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the standard pump + tank configuration, the AJ 50/60 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to an IVR-02 frequency converter.
