Application
The IBO AJ 50/60 pressure booster set with a 24 L pressure booster is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of clean, technically potable, cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and on plots. Its suction capacity reaches up to 7 m. It is suitable for pumping water from wells, tanks, and private intakes, as well as for increasing pressure in a system supplying an installation. The set is not a water treatment device – when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 24 L diaphragm tank stabilizes pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. The factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
AJ 50/60 pressure booster 24 features – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The pump casing, shaft, and intermediate wall are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer; the bracket is made of cast iron; and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.
The pressure gauge is mounted on the five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and control system – this makes it easier to route the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose limits the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and pipework.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the AJ 50/60 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
