Aerat 1 hydrotechnical device - the aerator is mainly used in professional aeration solutions for sea and freshwater aquaculture. It is characterized by the creation of a mixture with a high percentage composition of dissolved oxygen and a large oxygen aeration area, which promotes the improvement of water quality on farms and supports the growth growth.
The device includes a engine with a rotor and a triangular base. Aerat 1 is designed for clean water such as ponds, lakes and other types of water reservoirs without the content of permanent parts.
CHARACTERISTICS
- The use of advanced technology: a unique air inlet chamber and a star -shaped rotor design guarantee high oxygenating and thorough mixing of gas and water. Compared to other devices, the amount of oxygen supplied is up to 30 %higher, which translates into a reduction in the cost of the farm.
- At the interface between the rotor and the surrounding water, the air creates numerous small follicles. The water flow formed by the rotor rotation extends horizontally at a certain speed and flows up, stirring the water below and thus increasing the extent of oxygenation. Thanks to this solution, a dead angle is not produced, producing a large area of interaction of gas-water interaction, which affects the increased effect of oxygen dissolution.
- A large number of small follicles increase the area of water and gas contact and the speed of dissolution of oxygen, thanks to which the dissolved oxygen more effectively saturates water and eliminates a large number of harmful substances. Improving the quality of water directly improves the health of bred organisms and accelerates the growth rate.
