6" SPINOX with an IPRO oil-filled motor is a multistage submersible pump made entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for drawing and pumping technically clean water of raw water from drilled deep-well intakes with a minimum internal diameter of 160 mm. The pump is driven by an IPRO IOM oil-filled motor. The series includes a range of models with varying with hydraulic parameters and a wide power range, allowing the model to be selected according to the requirements of a specific, high-capacity installation.

Features, description and technical data

The 6" SPINOX with an IPRO oil-filled motor is a multistage submersible pump in which all key structural components – the suction and discharge connections, housing, shaft, impeller and diffuser – are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This design provides increased ensuring wear resistance and a long service life when operating in contact with raw water, which may contain small mineral impurities. The mechanical seal is made in a ceramic / SiC / NBR configuration. The pump is factory-equipped with a check valve, preventing water from flowing back into the discharge pipeline after the pump stops.

The drive is provided by an IPRO IOM oil-filled motor, cooled and lubricated by oil located in a sealed motor chamber. The power cable length is selected for the specific the device variant and well depth. The pump operates continuously in a vertical position or horizontal, at a maximum pumped liquid temperature of 35°C and insulation class F.
