This design provides increased resistance to wear and a long service life when operating in contact with raw water, which may may contain small mineral impurities. The mechanical seal is made with a ceramic / SiC / NBR system. The pump is factory-equipped with a check valve, preventing water from flowing back into the discharge pipeline after the pump stops.
