6" ISP 30-9 - submersible pump
The 6" ISP submersible pump is a multistage IBO unit made entirely of stainless steel, designed for drawing and pumping raw water in single-family and multifamily homes, agricultural holdings, and industrial systems. Lower-power motors have a diameter of 4", while 6" motors are used from 7.5 kW upward, allowing the drive to be selected according to the specific duty point. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overload.
Who is it for?
-
Owners of single-family and multifamily homes – the series’ wide power range makes it possible to select a model suited to the well depth and household water demand.
-
Farmers and fruit growers – the higher-powered models in the series supply extensive irrigation systems, sprinkler systems, and frost-protection installations across large areas.
-
Industrial plants and drainage systems – the all-stainless-steel construction is suitable for continuous operation and high capacities.
-
Installers and well-drilling companies – the clear division between 4" and 6" motors makes it easier to select the drive for a specific model and installation conditions.
Applications
The 6" ISP series is designed for drawing and pumping clean, technically untreated raw water from drilled deep-water wells for single-family and multifamily homes, agricultural holdings, irrigation systems, and industrial and drainage installations. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.
The pumps operate in a vertical position, in wells with a minimum internal diameter of 160 mm, at a maximum pumped-water temperature of 35°C. The 6" ISP 400 V submersible pump works with standard pressure tanks and pressure-control equipment selected according to the scale of the installation.
Features of the 6" ISP series
The 6" ISP series pumps are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel – from the suction and discharge body to the impeller and diffuser, providing corrosion resistance under typical operating conditions. The individual variants differ in their duty point on the shared performance curve and in the diameter of the motor used.
Models rated up to 7.5 kW are equipped with a 4" motor, while models rated from 7.5 kW upward use a more durable 6" motor. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overload, while oil cooling ensures stable operation in continuous-duty mode.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – 6" ISP submersible pump
What well is the 6" ISP submersible pump suitable for?
The pump is designed for wells with a minimum internal diameter of 160 mm. Before purchasing, it is worth checking the actual borehole diameter to avoid installation problems or motor overheating.
What happens if the well runs out of water while the pump is operating?
The pump must not run “dry” – a lack of water may cause overheating and motor damage, and such a fault is not covered by the warranty. To prevent this, it is worth installing dry-run protection that monitors the water level in the well.
What is the difference between the 6" ISP pump and the 6" SD pump?
Both series have the same diameter and are designed for similar wells, but they differ in the body material – the 6" ISP is made entirely of stainless steel, while the 6" SD has a suction and discharge body made of gray cast iron. The choice depends on whether maximum corrosion resistance (ISP) or a proven cast-iron construction (SD) is the priority.
How do I select a 6" ISP pump for my needs?
The model selection depends on the well depth and the amount of water needed at the same time – the series includes variants with different pumping heights and capacities, from modest domestic requirements to large agricultural and industrial installations. If in doubt, we encourage you to contact the technical department.
Where can I buy a 6" ISP submersible pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. 6" ISP series pumps are available from commercial partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
What warranty conditions apply to the 6" ISP pump?
IBO – 24-month (2-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service provided by Dambat.
