6" IPRO 20-100 (7.5 kW, 400 V) – submersible pump
The 6" IPRO submersible pump is a multistage design with increased sand resistance, intended to supply water to farms, local water supply systems and industrial facilities. Components made of AISI 304 stainless steel ensure durable operation in deep wells, while floating impellers reduce the effects of periodic sand contamination and extend the service life of the unit.
Who it is for
-
Farms and orchards – the high output of the 6" IPRO series allows it to supply extensive irrigation systems and fill tanks over larger areas.
-
Local waterworks and communal installations – the wide range of head heights available within the series makes it possible to select a model suited to the installation’s individual requirements.
-
Industrial plants and fire protection systems – continuous-duty operation and increased sand resistance are suitable for process water intake and fire protection installations.
-
Livestock farms and animal facilities – an efficient pump from the 6" IPRO series meets the consistently high demand for water for watering animals and servicing livestock buildings.
Application
The 6" IPRO series is designed for drawing clean water from drilled deep-water wells for farms, irrigation systems, local water supply systems, industrial facilities and fire protection installations. The design’s increased sand resistance allows it to handle water containing up to 5% sand.
The pumps operate in a vertical position, in wells with a minimum diameter of 6", at a maximum pumped-water temperature of 35°C. The 6" IPRO 20-100 400 V submersible pump is compatible with standard hydrophore tanks, pressure control systems and dry-running protection selected according to the well conditions.
Features of the 6" IPRO series – description and technical data
The pumps in the 6" IPRO series are multistage units with radial impellers and increased sand resistance, thanks to their floating impellers and wear-resistant materials. The housing, suction and discharge ports and check valve are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the diffusers are made of PPO polymer, and the motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class F.
The pumps in the 6" IPRO series share the same multistage design regardless of the model – the individual variants differ in their operating point on the common performance curve. The wide selection of models makes it possible to choose the right unit for the installation’s capacity and water demand. The IPRO oil-filled motor can operate with a variable frequency drive, allowing smooth output control and limiting pressure surges in the installation.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – 6" IPRO submersible pump
What is the 6" IPRO 20-100 submersible pump used for?
The 6" IPRO 20-100 submersible pump is used to draw clean water from drilled deep-water wells for farms, irrigation systems, local water supply systems, industrial facilities and fire protection installations.
What is the difference between the 6" IPRO 20 and 6" IPRO 32 models?
The designations “20" and “32" refer to the hydraulic capacity – the 20 models achieve a greater head at a lower output, while the 32 models provide a higher flow rate at a lower head. Both groups have identical designs and materials, and the choice depends on the well parameters and water demand.
How do I select a 6" IPRO series pump model for a well?
The model selection depends on the depth of the static and dynamic water levels, the required head and the installation’s water demand. If in doubt, please contact Dambat’s technical department.
Can the 6" IPRO pump handle sandy water?
Yes – the series has increased sand resistance for sand content of up to 5%, but regularly pumping sandy water may shorten the service life of the unit and the installation.
Can the 6" IPRO pump motor operate with a variable frequency drive?
Yes, the IPRO oil-filled motor is designed to operate with a variable frequency drive. This allows smooth adjustment of the pump output and limits pressure surges in the installation.
Where can I buy a 6" IPRO submersible pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. Pumps from the 6" IPRO series are available from trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorised online distributors.
What warranty terms apply to the 6" IPRO pump?
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
