6" FX6 35-7 – multistage 400 V submersible pump
The IBO ITALY 6" FX6 35-7 submersible pump is a multistage, cast-iron Italian-made design intended for drawing and pumping raw water in large water supply and industrial systems, as well as fire protection and irrigation systems, before treatment. Its compact diameter for this performance class allows installation in narrower wells than larger FX series models, while the ability to operate in a horizontal position further increases installation flexibility.
Who it is for
-
Multifamily buildings and larger water supply systems – the series’ wide range of power and capacities makes it possible to select a model for drawing and pumping raw water according to the scale of demand.
-
Farms with high water demand – the higher-capacity models supply extensive irrigation systems, sprinklers, and drip lines.
-
Industrial plants and fire protection systems – the cast-iron construction and wide power range are suitable for demanding continuous-duty installations.
-
Installation contractors and designers – the pump diameter of 153 mm allows the model to be precisely matched to wells narrower than those required for the FX8 and FX10 series.
Application
The 6" FX6 pump is designed for drawing raw water from deep water intakes for multifamily homes, farms, irrigation systems, fire protection systems, industry, and drainage. The pump does not treat water – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.
The pump operates in a vertical or horizontal position, with a maximum pumped-water temperature of 35°C. The 6" FX6 400 V submersible pump works with standard pressure tanks and pressure-control equipment selected for the scale of the installation.
Features of the 6" FX6 pump
The 6" FX6 pump features a cast-iron construction (suction casing, diffuser, and check valve – G25 cast iron) with stainless-steel components – the shaft and coupling are made of AISI 420, bearing housings of AISI 316, and the filter mesh, cable guard, and screws of AISI 304. The impeller is made of cast iron or bronze, depending on the model, while the seals use PU and NBR materials.
The maximum pump diameter, including the cable guard, is 153 mm, allowing installation in wells with a minimum internal diameter of 180 mm.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – 6" FX6 submersible pump
What type of well is the 6" FX6 pump suitable for?
The 6" FX6 pump requires a well with a minimum internal diameter of 180 mm, while the maximum diameter of the pump itself, including the cable guard, is 153 mm.
How does the 6" FX6 series differ from the FX8 and FX10 series?
All three series have an identical cast-iron construction, but they differ in diameter and the resulting capacity – the 6" FX6 has the smallest diameter and fits narrower wells, while the FX8 and FX10 are designed for wider boreholes and larger installations.
What distinguishes the 6" FX6 pump?
The pump features a cast-iron construction with AISI 304/316/420 stainless-steel components, ensuring durability during continuous operation. It can operate in both vertical and horizontal positions, and the built-in check valve limits water backflow from the installation after the pump is switched off.
How do I choose a 6" FX6 pump model for my needs?
The choice of model depends on the well depth and the amount of water required simultaneously – the series includes a wide range of variants with different power ratings, heads, and capacities. If you have any doubts, we encourage you to contact the technical department.
Where can I buy a 6" FX6 submersible pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The 6" FX6 pump is available from trade partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
What warranty terms apply to the 6" FX6 pump?
