Application
The AP6 series submersible pump is used to supply water to multi-family buildings, large farms and to power advanced irrigation systems. The device works effectively with industrial hydraulic systems, fire protection installations and large-scale drainage tasks.
The equipment is designed for installation in holes with a diameter of 6 inches (from 180 mm internal diameter). Thanks to increased abrasion resistance, the pump can handle water with a maximum sand content of up to 60 g/m³. The design of the 6 AP6 F14 model allows for safe operation both in the traditional vertical position and in systems requiring horizontal positioning.
Features, description and technical data
The key element in the construction of an Italian submersible pump is the use of the highest quality materials. The stub, shaft and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the impeller and diffuser combine stainless steel with reinforced PPO polymer. The device uses a standardized connection socket, which makes it easier to service and integrate with equipment.
The three-phase 13 kW motor is designed for continuous operation and allows for a maximum of 30 starts per hour. The hydraulic unit has a factory-built non-return valve. Additionally, the distributor offers the option of hermetically connecting a power cable of a specific length (multiple of 5 m).
