5" IPRO 20-200 (15 kW, 400 V) – submersible pump
The 5" IPRO 20-200 (400 V) submersible pump is a three-phase device for pumping raw water from deep water intakes. The 20 series achieves a flow rate of up to 650 l/min when powered by 3~400 V, making it suitable for supplying farms, irrigating crops, and serving water supply, firefighting, and industrial systems.
Who it is for
- Well drillers and drilling companies – a compact installation diameter combined with high water output for equipping high-yield wells.
- Agriculture and large-scale irrigation – a high flow rate suitable for supplying irrigation sprinklers and irrigating orchards and fields.
- Industrial installations – supplying processes that require a high and steady medium flow rate in continuous operation.
- Local water utilities and collective intakes – a steady, high water draw for collective water supply.
- Firefighting systems and drainage – high flow for supplying hydrants and quickly removing water from an area.
Applications
- Supplying farms and facilities with high water demand from deep water intakes.
- Irrigating orchards, fields, and large-scale crops.
- Draining areas and lowering the groundwater level.
- Supplying water supply networks, hydrants, and industrial processes.
The 5" IPRO 20-200 400 V submersible pump maintains a high and steady flow even when drawing water from great depths, allowing one device to serve both irrigation systems and installations with high water demand.
Features, description, and technical data
The 5" IPRO 20-200 submersible pump is powered by a three-phase 3~400 V motor (50 Hz, 2850 rpm) and operates in a vertical position. The IP68 protection rating, insulation class F, and continuous-duty mode allow continuous underwater operation at depths of up to 150 m and liquid temperatures of up to 35°C. The 3" discharge connection and flow rate of up to 650 l/min enable the transfer of large volumes of water. The device is marked “Italian technology” on the nameplate.
The construction is based on materials selected for operation in deep water intakes. The housing and filter screen are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the shaft and rotor are made of AISI 420 steel; they do not corrode in contact with raw water and retain their strength during long-term operation. The PPO polymer impeller and diffuser are lightweight and wear-resistant, the sliding sleeve and coupling are made of AISI 304 steel, and the ceramic/SiC/NBR mechanical seal protects the motor chamber from water ingress. The pump has a built-in AISI 201 stainless steel check valve that prevents the water column from flowing back after shutdown.
Individual models in the 20 series differ in power, head, current draw, and weight – detailed values for the given model are provided in the product technical data table.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – 5" IPRO 20-200 submersible pump
What is the 5" IPRO 20-200 submersible pump used for?
It is used to pump raw water from deep water intakes – for supplying farms, irrigating crops, and serving water supply, firefighting, and industrial systems. The series has a maximum flow rate of 650 l/min when powered by 3~400 V.
Which well is the 5" IPRO 20-200 pump suitable for?
It is a 5-inch pump with a diameter of 133 mm, designed for vertical operation in a deep well. Before installation, check that the internal diameter of the well casing is greater than the pump diameter.
What type of water can be pumped with the 5" IPRO 20-200 pump?
The pump is designed for raw, untreated water drawn directly from a deep water intake, at temperatures of up to 35°C. It does not treat water – preparing the water for a specific application is a separate stage of the installation.
How does the 5" IPRO 20 series differ from 4" IPRO pumps?
The 5" IPRO 20 series achieves a higher flow rate (up to 650 l/min compared with up to 430 l/min for 4" pumps) and has a larger 3" discharge connection instead of 2". It is intended for installations with a greater flow demand.
Where can I buy the 5" IPRO 20-200 submersible pump?
We do not sell directly. The 5" IPRO 20-200 pump is available from our trade partners, plumbing and installation wholesalers, and authorised online distributors.
What is the warranty on the 5" IPRO 20-200 pump?
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
