Application
The 4" STM 8-16 submersible pump is designed to extract and pump technically clean raw water from drilled deep wells and to increase pressure in the system supplying an installation. It is used to extract and pump raw water in single- and multi-family homes, farms, heat pump installations, and irrigation and drainage systems.
The pump operates in a vertical position, submerged in a well with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm. The pumped water must not contain mechanical impurities beyond the permitted sand content, and its temperature should not exceed 35°C. The 4" STM 8-16 230V submersible pump is a durable solution for long-term household operation. The pump is not a water treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.

The 4" STM 8-16 pump is a multistage centrifugal device with a diameter of 100 mm, powered by single-phase 230 V electricity. The permitted sand content is up to 5%, and the motor is oil-cooled.
Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the device against overheating. The suction and discharge bodies are made of brass, while the housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer. The mechanical seal operates in a SiC/SiC/NBR configuration. The pump is supplied as standard with a 2 m power cable.
