Features, description, and technical data

The 4" SPINOX with an IBO ITALY oil-filled motor is a multistage submersible pump in which all key structural components – the suction and discharge body, housing, shaft, impeller, and diffuser – are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This design provides increased resistance resistance to wear and a long service life when operating in contact with raw water, which may contain fine mineral contaminants. The mechanical seal is made of ceramic / SiC / NBR. The pump is factory-fitted with a check valve, preventing preventing water from flowing back in the discharge pipeline after the pump stops.

The drive is an oil-filled IBO ITALY motor, cooled and lubricated by the oil located in a sealed motor chamber. In the 230 V version, the pump works with a start box with built-in overcurrent protection and a capacitor. The length of the power cable is selected for the specific device variant and well depth.

The operation of the 4" SPINOX pump can be expanded with dry-running protection which operate without the need to install additional probes or sensors in the well, and in systems with two pumps supplying a common system, alternating control is possible. The pump operates continuously, in a vertical or horizontal position, at a maximum temperature of pumped liquid: 35°C.
