Features, description, and technical data

The 4" SPINOX with an IPRO oil-filled motor is a multistage submersible pump in which all key structural components – the suction and discharge bodies, housing, shaft, impeller, and diffuser – are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This construction provides increased resistance to wear and a long service life when operating in contact with raw water, which may contain fine mineral impurities. The mechanical seal is made in a ceramic / SiC / NBR configuration. The pump is factory-equipped with a check valve that prevents water from flowing back through the discharge pipeline after the pump stops.

The pump is powered by an IPRO oil-filled motor cooled and lubricated by oil contained in a sealed motor chamber. In the 230 V version, the pump works with a start box featuring built-in overcurrent protection and a capacitor. The length of the power cable is selected for the specific device variant and well depth.

The operation of the 4" SPINOX pump can be expanded with dry-run protection that operates without the need to install additional probes or sensors in the well. In installations with two pumps supplying a common system, alternating control is also possible. The pump operates continuously, in a vertical or horizontal position, at a maximum pumped-liquid temperature of 35°C.
