4" SPINOX with an IBO ITALY oil-filled motor is a multistage deep-well pump with a diameter of 98 mm, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for drawing and pumping technically clean raw / untreated water from drilled deep-water intakes with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm. The pump is driven by an oil-filled motor IBO ITALY brand. The series includes a range of models with different hydraulic parameters and a wide range of power ratings. Features, description and technical data

The 4" SPINOX with an IBO ITALY oil-filled motor is a multistage submersible pump in which all the key structural components – the suction and discharge bodies, housing, shaft, impeller and diffuser – are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This design provides increased resistance for wear resistance and a long service life when operating in contact with raw water, which may contain fine mineral contaminants. The mechanical seal is made in a configuration ceramic / SiC / NBR. The pump is factory-equipped with a check valve, preventing preventing water from flowing back through the discharge pipeline after the pump stops.

The drive is an oil-filled IBO ITALY motor, cooled and lubricated by the oil located in a sealed motor chamber. In the 230 V version, the pump works with a starting box with built-in overcurrent protection and a capacitor. The length of the power cable is selected for the specific device variant and well depth.

The operation of the 4" SPINOX pump can be expanded with dry-run protection which operate without the need to install additional probes or sensors in the well, and in systems With two pumps supplying a common system, alternating control is possible. The pump operates continuously, in a vertical or horizontal position, at a maximum temperature of the pumped liquid: 35°C.
