The 4" SKT series are monoblock, peripheral deep well pumps with a diameter of 4" powered by three-phase 400 V, equipped with a brass impeller and brass connectors. Designed for installations requiring higher power with low power consumption - available in 1.1 and 1.5 kW with a 15 m cable with a plug.

Application
The 4" SKT series is intended for the intake and pumping of technically clean raw water from deep water intakes and tanks for the needs of multi-family houses, farms, and service and industrial facilities equipped with three-phase electrical installations. The pumps operate only with water free from solid impurities - the medium must not contain solid particles or abrasive agents that could damage the brass impeller and mechanical seal. Pumps are not water treatment devices - when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.
4" SKT series submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, immersed to a maximum depth of 80 m. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C. The devices cooperate with standard hydrophore tanks and pressure automation.

What is the difference between the 4" SKT series and the 4 SKM series and when to choose the 400 V version?
The 4" SKT series is a three-phase equivalent of the 4" SKM - both series have the same hydraulics and lifting parameters, but the 4" SKT is powered by 400 V. The three-phase motor consumes much lower current at the same power (e.g. 2.7 A instead of 10 A at 1.1 kW), which reduces the burden on the electrical installation. 4" SKT is the choice wherever a three-phase 400 V network is available - typically on farms, service facilities and multi-family buildings.
Can the 4" SKT pump pump water containing sand or other solid impurities?
No. 4" SKT series pumps are intended only for operation with clean water. The presence of solid particles or abrasives may damage the brass impeller and mechanical seal. If the intake contains sand or suspended matter, use a filter before the pump or choose a model adapted to such conditions.
Does the 4" SKT pump require a starting capacitor or a starting box?
No - this is one of the practical advantages of three-phase power supply. 400V motors start automatically without a capacitor, so there is no need to install an external starter box.
