Enhanced sand resistance and floating impellers ensure reliable operation even in more challenging well conditions. The pump is not a water-treatment device—when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.
IBO 4" SDM submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz. The permitted temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.
Features of the IBO 4" SDM series – description and technical data
IBO's 4" SDM series submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal devices with an external diameter of 98 mm, enhanced sand resistance, and floating impellers. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer, and the suction and discharge bodies are made of brass. The motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class F.
The SDM 2-12 model (0.75 kW) is equipped with a capacitor built directly into the motor, eliminating the need for an external starting box. The other models in the series are supplied with a starting box containing a capacitor and overcurrent protection. Motors up to 5.5 kW are available with a 20 m or 1.5 m cable; motors rated at 7.5 kW and above are available exclusively with a 1.5 m cable.
