4" SDM 5-20 – multi-stage submersible pump 230 V

The 4" SDM series by IBO are multi-stage deep well pumps with a diameter of 98 mm, intended for wells with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm. A wide range of models - from the compact SDM 2/12 with a maximum lift of up to 83 m, to larger models with a lift of up to 107 m - make the series cover the needs of both domestic water supply installations and more demanding agricultural and industrial applications.

Application

The 4" SDM series by IBO is intended for drawing raw water from deep wells for single-family and multi-family houses, farms, industrial and drainage installations. Increased sand resistance and floating rotors ensure reliable operation even in more difficult intake conditions. The pump is not a water treatment device - when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.

IBO 4" SDM submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, immersed to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a power supply of 1 ~ 230 V / 50 Hz. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.

Features of the 4" SDM series by IBO – description and technical data

IBO series 4" SDM submersible pumps are multi-stage centrifugal devices with an outer diameter of 98 mm with increased sand resistance and floating impellers. The casing, shaft and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer, and the suction and discharge bodies are made of brass. The engine is oil-cooled and has class F insulation.

The SDM 2-12 (0.75 kW) model is equipped with a capacitor built directly into the engine, without the need for an external starter box. The remaining models of the series are delivered with a starter box containing a capacitor and overcurrent protection. For motors up to 5.5 kW, a 20 m or 1.5 m cable is available, for motors of 7.5 kW and larger - only a 1.5 m cable.
