The IBO 4" SDM series is designed to extract raw water from deep wells for single-family and multi-family homes, farms, and industrial and drainage systems. Increased resistance to sand and floating impellers ensure reliable operation even in more demanding well conditions. The pump is not a water-treatment device – if it is used for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water treatment.
IBO 4" SDM submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.
Features of the IBO 4" SDM series – description and technical data
The IBO 4" SDM series submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal devices with an outer diameter of 98 mm, increased resistance to sand, and floating impellers. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer, and the suction and discharge bodies are made of brass. The motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class F.
The SDM 2-12 model (0.75 kW) is equipped with a capacitor built directly into the motor, eliminating the need for an external starting box. The other models in the series are supplied with a starting box containing a capacitor and overcurrent protection. Motors up to 5.5 kW are available with a 20 m or 1.5 m cable; motors rated at 7.5 kW and above are available exclusively with a 1.5 m cable.
