Of all IBO submersible pump series, the SD series offers the widest range of models – capacities from 80 to 500 l/min and delivery heads of up to 169 m – meeting the needs of both domestic installations and demanding industrial applications.

The IBO 4" SD series is designed for drawing water from deep and drilled wells with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm, wherever three-phase power is available. It is suitable for farms, industrial and construction facilities, irrigation systems, and drainage installations.
IBO 4" SD submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a 3~ 400 V / 50 Hz power supply. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.

The IBO 4" SD series consists of three-phase, multistage centrifugal pumps with an external diameter of 98 mm, increased resistance to sand, and floating impellers. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer, and the suction and discharge housings are made of brass. The motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class B.
Three-phase power distributes the load evenly across three phases, resulting in more stable motor operation, lower losses over long power cable runs, and a reduced risk of voltage fluctuations during startup – particularly important for deep wells and high motor power ratings.
