The IBO 4" SD series is designed for drawing water from deep and drilled wells with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm, wherever three-phase power is available. It is suitable for farms, industrial and construction facilities, irrigation systems, and drainage installations.
IBO 4" SD submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a 3~ 400 V / 50 Hz power supply. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.

The IBO 4" SD series submersible pumps are three-phase, multistage centrifugal units with an external diameter of 98 mm, increased resistance to sand, and floating impellers. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer; and the suction and discharge bodies are made of brass. The motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class B.
Three-phase power distributes the load evenly across three phases, resulting in more stable motor operation, lower losses over long power cable runs, and a reduced risk of voltage fluctuations during startup – particularly important for deep wells and high motor power ratings.
