It is suitable for farms, industrial and construction facilities, irrigation systems, and drainage installations. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water treatment.
4" SD submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 100 m, with a power supply of 3~ 400 V / 50 Hz. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C.

IBO 4" SD series submersible pumps are three-phase, multistage centrifugal devices with an external diameter of 98 mm, increased resistance to sand, and floating impellers. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impellers and diffusers of PPO polymer, and the suction and discharge bodies of brass. The motor is oil-cooled and has insulation class F.
Three-phase power distributes the load evenly across three phases, resulting in more stable motor operation, lower losses over long power cable runs, and a lower risk of voltage fluctuations during startup – particularly important for deep wells and high motor power ratings.

The 4" SDM series is the single-phase version (1~ 230 V) – the SDM 2-12 model has a capacitor built directly into the motor, while the other models are supplied with an external start box. The SD series also offers a considerably wider range of models, including units with capacities of up to 500 l/min that are unavailable in the SDM version.
