Applications
The OLA series by IBO is designed for extracting water from deep-water intakes and ring wells for single-family and multifamily homes, farms, and irrigation systems. The availability of models in 4", 5", and 6" diameters makes it possible to match the pump to the conditions of a specific borehole and the requirements of the installation.
OLA series pumps operate in a vertical position and can be submerged to a depth of up to 80 m. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C, covering typical conditions in raw-water intakes used in households and farms in Poland. The devices work with standard pressure tanks and pressure control systems. The pumps are not water-treatment devices – when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.

The OLA series by IBO consists of multistage submersible pumps designed for easy installation and reliable operation in ring wells. The motor cooling jacket is a solution that distinguishes the OLA series from conventional submersible pumps – the pump maintains proper cooling even when partially submerged, without the need for shroud pipes. The housing, shaft, and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the impellers and diffusers are made of abrasion-resistant PPO polymer.
The 6" OLA 70/200 model is equipped with an external starting box (control box) – in the other models in the series, the capacitor is built directly into the motor, eliminating the need for additional electrical equipment.

What are the differences between the OLA, OLA AUTO, and OLA INOX series?

The OLA AUTO series additionally features automatic operation control based on a flow sensor – opening a tap starts the pump, while closing it switches the pump off after a few seconds, without the need to install a pressure switch. The OLA INOX series and the OLA 80/150 model are equipped with a built-in float switch that protects against dry running.
How do I choose the right model from the OLA series?
The key parameters are the well diameter, required capacity, and head. The OLA series includes 4" models (up to 60 l/min, up to 60 m), 5" models (up to 150 l/min, up to 81 m), and 6" models (up to 200 l/min, up to 70 m).
